Gazillion Movies Review :
Two Czech gangsters are committing some terrible murders in New York, which they tape with a video camera. Because they commit arson at their first victim, well-respected fire brigade inspector Jordy Warsaw (Edward Burns) investigates the crimes. When it appears that the burned victims were killed, the media-eager detective Eddie Flemming (Robert De Niro) also joins the case. Together with Warsaw, Flemming goes after the psychopaths. The two Czechs in the meantime understood that, when they deliver their murder tape to the press, they will become famous.
