Gazillion Movies Review : “Nine songs” takes place in London during the autumn of 2003. Lisa (Margo Stilley) is an American who studies for a year in London. Matt (Kieran O'Brien), a scientist who examines glaciers, meets her on a rock concert on Brixton Academy and falls in love with her. The movie follows their intimate and physical relation and contains music of the concerts they went to together: Black Rebel Motorcycle Club, The Von Blondies, Elbow, Primal Scream, The Dandy Warhols, Super Furry Animals, Franz Ferdinand, Michael Nyman.
