Gazillion Movies Review : In the near future, the polar caps are melted and the world is almost completely flooded. With old boats and improvised floating cities, people try to survive. The leader of some pirates, the Deacon (Dennis Hopper) attacks one of those cities to catch a little girl, who seems to have tattooed a map to the mythical ‘Dry Land’ on her back. With the aid of a mysterious mutant (Kevin Costner), the little girl and her mother can escape, but the Deacon does not give up that easily.
