Gazillion Movies Review :
1947. The British pull away from the country, which was called “The pearl to the British crown”. India is in a deep crisis as a result of the hasty re-drawing of the borders, which Great Britain carried out before pulling away. In this context the 9-years-old Parsee-girl Lenny grows up. The family of the girl is wealthy, keeps political neutrality and counts amongst their friends and clerks British, Hindus, Sikhs and Muslims. Together with her stunning Hindu-nanny Ayah (Nandita muffler) Lenny (Maia Sethna) spends complete days in the park, where she witnesses the effort, which men undergo to come in the grace of Ayah. Lenny is crazy about Dil Navaz (Aamir Khan), the ice cream vendor, who at his turn is one of Aya's admirers. Hasan, the masseur of the company, is also secretly in love with the beautiful nanny.
