Gazillion Movies Review :
An accident in a medical laboratory gives a Beagle dog called Shoeshine (Jason Lee) a couple of special super powers: he becomes highly gifted and can speak. It is a secret the dog eventually has to share with a twelve year old boy called Jack (Alex Neuberger) who becomes his owner and friend. Shoeshine’s particular gifts come in handy when he has to protect his darling 'Sweet' Polly Purebred (Amy Adams) and the citizens of Capitol City against the evil Simon Bar Sinister (Peter Dinklage).
