Gazillion Movies Review :
After wounding up his such-and-such assignment successfully, the police force negotiator Danny (Samuel L. Jackson) is worshipped by his colleagues and the press. That evening his partner tells him, he has some proof about fraud in the police department. When he arrives at the agreed time on their meeting place, Danny's partner proves to be killed. The worshipped police man promptly is accused of murder. He goes to internal affairs and insists on getting the complete truth of their chef, Terence Niebaum (J.T. Walsh). The conversation gets out of hand and Danny takes Niebaum and the three other present people as his hostages. Because he knows like no-one else how the police handle such a situation, he asks help from an outsider: another negotiator, Chris Sabian (Kevin Spacey)...
