Gazillion Movies Review :
In the seventies a Scottish doctor is appointed by chance as the personal doctor of Idi Amin, then the new dictator of Uganda. Amin had trained in the British army before and developed a preference for Scotsmen. He wore kilts regularly and wanted to establish an army to make Scotland independent. Initially the doctor feels flattered by getting this position, but rapidly he faces a moral dilemma, because of the many cruelties, which are done by the dictator.
