'The Informers' takes place in Los Angeles at the eighties where a big moviemaker (Billy Bob Thornton), a newscaster who is dumped by her boyfriend (Winona Ryder), a rock star, a kidnapper (Mickey Rourke) and a vampire live to the fullest, without complying to any rules.
