Gazillion Movies Review :
Detective Harry Callahan (Clint Eastwood), just rehabilitated at the department homicide, after he was reprimanded because of using unorthodox methods in a robbery case, finds himself in a situation in which he has to work with policewoman Kate Moore (Tyne Daly). A serial of murders and a terrorist gang lead by Bobby Maxwell (DeVeren Bookwalter) are linked to each other. One receives a tape of the 'The Peoples Revolutionary Strike Force' in which they demand a 1 million dollar, to preserve the total destruction of the city. Callahan arranges with Big Ed Mustapha (Albert Popwell), leader of a black militant group that the last mentioned will obtain information about Maxwell, but this plan is thwarted by Capt. McKay (Bradford Dillman), Callahan's boss. Maxwell's next step is to take the mayor hostage and raise the ransom up to 5 millions. Callahan is assigned not to interfere, but nevertheless he, with the help of Kate, takes over the case.
