Gazillion Movies Review :
During a theatre show someone is killed, so a panic situation arises. Richard Hannay (Robert Donat) is addressed outside the theatre by a girlfriend, who tells him that she is a British spy. Not much later she is killed and Hannay is the main suspect. He escapes to the Scottish Highlands, chased by both the police and the henchmen of an international espionage network. His movements are seriously limited because he has been chained to the nice blonde Pamela (Madeleine Carroll), who thinks he is the killer.
