The Japanese minister of defence is on a visit in France. He has a special mission on behalf of his country to invest in French anti-terrorism expertise. At the end of his visit, he will sign a contract that is worth a lot of billions of dollars. However, during his visit he is kidnapped by a Japanese group called Yakuza. Police officer Émilien (Frédéric Diefenthal) wants to get the minister free at all cost to save the honour of his police office.
