Gazillion Movies Review :
The court has officially declared Norman Bates (Anthony Perkins), the disturbed killer of his mother, and six other persons from part one, healed. After 22 years, he leaves the psychiatric institution in which he has been nursed and returns to the old family motel in which many atrocious scenes has taken place. There a number of killings take place again, where only the ladies’ shoes and the dress of the perpetrator are seen. Did Norman start again?
