Gazillion Movies Review :
The couple Drake (Matthew Modine) and Patty (Melanie Griffith) makes the deal of their lives, a splendidly Victorian house in San Francisco. To hold a lid on costs, they let out the apartment downstairs to a Chinese couple, and the studio to Carter Hayes (Michael Keaton). Hayes seems to be the perfect tenant, good references and much money at the bank. But when Hayes starts showing strange and asocial features, Drake and Patty start showing regrets and their lives turns into a nightmare.
