Gazillion Movies Review :
Off Screen tells the fictitious story of what preceded to the hostage in the Rembrandt Tower. Because of the bizarre friendship with a top man from business life (Jeroen Krabbé) bus driver John carter (Jan Decleir) gets the feeling that at last there is someone who understands him. Someone who also sees that secret messages are radiated by means of wide-screen TV to the world to influence and manipulate people. But at the moment John wants to bring to light his discoveries, all information seems to turn against him and the story finishes in a tragic drama.
