Inspector Wing of the Hong Kong police force is the victim of violence by a gang led by Evil Joe. When his complete team has been assassinated Wing falls into drinking because of a guilty conscience. It is up to the young newcomer Frank to get Wing on his feet again and to start the adventure of the revenge on Evil Joe and is Gang of Five. The more if it becomes personal.
