Lucy Hill (Renée Zellweger), enjoys a luxuriously life style and a good job in Miami. This changes, when she is sent to freezing Minnesota to carry out an assignment for her job. After a stiff and cold welcome she seems to be quite at home over there until her assignment gets another twist.
