Gazillion Movies Review :
The movie takes place in the poorest neighborhood of Glasgow. Over there Joe Kavanagh (Peter Mullan) is the coach of the most miserable football team for unemployed persons in all Scotland. Joe quitted drinking for a year and is going to the Alcoholics Anonymous. In the meantime he has no work, but tries to get in contact with the people of the social service as less as possible. During a small job he meets Sarah (Louise Goodall), a social worker. When the authorities come around she helps him out. She is charmed by Joe's raw character, and he is also charmed by her. But with this, also problems start.
