Gazillion Movies Review :
Franklin Hatchett (Chris Tucker), a small swindler from Los Angeles, suddenly and without wanting it, becomes the centre of all attention when he wrongfully is held responsible for a bloody escape, the work of a Belgian international terrorist who listens to the name Villard (Gérard Ismaël). At the same time, he becomes the target of the police force, which is willing to do everything to catch this 'cop killer', and of Villard, who wants to eliminate an unpleasant witness. To get out of this mess, Hatchett only can count on the help of Russel (Charlie Sheen), the journalist in search for a scoop.
