Gazillion Movies Review : The by now 10-years-old Madelief never have had contact with her grandparents when she on a certain day gets to hear of her mother that her granny has died. To Madeliefs surprise there is nobody present on the burial except her grandfather and nor her mother, nor her grandfather has been really sad. To provide her grandfather some diversion, Madelief decide to stay with him for a while. There they discover in the wild backyard a mysterious cottage that has been of her grandmother. In spite of the prohibition of her grandfather she goes out for an investigation and discovers all kinds of goods from distant countries. Moreover she gets fascinated by a mysterious drawing, which is scraped in the tabletop of grannies desk. Madelief is determined to find out which secrets her granny carried along with her.
