Gazillion Movies Review :
One day at New York Central Station, a man with black sunglasses appears out of nothingness and claims to be coming from a distant planet called K-Pax. The man, who calls himself Prot (Kevin Spacey), immediately is picked up by the police and brought to the psychiatric institution of Dr. Mark Powell (Jeff Bridges). When it appears that no medication is working, Dr. Powell wants to know more about the man. Especially because since his arrival, strange things has happened with the other patients. Prot is confronted with astronomers and with his knowledge he astonishes everyone. Dr. Powell starts wondering if Prot is telling the truth.
