Gazillion Movies Review :
In a French village an old man and his only family member that still is alive have an eye for a detached house. They need the water of the house for their flowers. They however hear to their regrets that the new owner of the house will inhabit it, and they decide to block the water. They look on for two years how much effort it takes for the new neighbor to water its vegetables, which even go at the expenses of its health.
