A childbirth with a mermaid as a mother and a devil as a watching father (both in a hurry run away at a costume ball) must produce a special child. That, little Jack (Robin Williams) is. Although, small... The baby grows at high speed. When Jack celebrates his first birthday he looks like a toddler, on his fourth birthday he already must shave himself. Jack has a unique growing problem: he ages four times as fast as other people.
