Gazillion Movies Review : The department Internal Affairs keeps themselves busy with corruption at the police force. Newcomer Ramon Avila (Andy Garcia) straight away gets a difficult case: he and is partner must examine the trade of Van Stretch (William Baldwin), an old school friend of the police academy. By means of him Avila gets in contact with Dennis Peck (Richard Gere), an honest cop at first sight. But thing are seldom what they seem and Peck has connections with the underworld. Obsessed by Peck, Avila engages a grim struggle with him.
