Gazillion Movies Review : On 10 September 2001, mayor Giuliani of New York stood under a lot of pressure because of his private problems and aggressive policy, especially against minorities. A day later a calamity of immense proportions rocketed him to the status of hero. This documentary examines the period of New York under Giuliani before and after 9/11 and what he effectively has done for the city. Among others his attacks on organized crime, his zero tolerance policy and his approach to the assistance fraud.
