When Zak (Jesse Bradford), the son of a scientist, discovers a high tech watch which lets his body molecules move faster, as a result of which the rest of the world seems to stand still, it seems as if he has discovered the ultimate super power. When he uses the device with a friend, they have to find a way as soon as possible to reverse the effects it caused.
