Gazillion Movies Review :
The retired head of the FBI Terry McCaleb (Clint Eastwood), who recently had a heart transplantation, is engaged to examine the death of the sister of Graciela Rivers (Wanda De Jesus). Chance would have it that this is the one of who McCaleb got the heart. McCaleb quickly finds out that a serial killer is behind the murder, someone who has trained for years at the FBI.
