Gazillion Movies Review :
1984. The 11-year-old Billy Elliot (Jamie Bell) lives in a miner borough in the North East of England. His mother just past away and now he frequently must look after his demented granny. His father (Gary Lewis) and older brother Tony (Jamie Draven), both miners, stay at home, the both stay out on strike. Billy every week gets some money for his boxing lessons. He doesn’t like boxing because he is not good at it at all. When Billy has to stay longer to do his boxing exercises, he sees the training of the ballet class of Ms Wilkinson (Julie Walters). Something in the exercises of the little girls appeal to him and Billy decide to join.
