Gazillion Movies Review :
This documentary tells the story of the rise, loss and resurrection of a rap group in one of the backstreet district of São Paulo, Brazil. In Vila Brasilândia, a suburb of São Paulo, four girls who worked as backing vocals start the rap group Antonia. They hope to be able to build up an independent existence with their music. For a while, it seems that everything is working out fine. Then the raw reality of the lower Brazilian society takes over control again. Poverty, violence and machismo ensure that the four girls not only see their cooperation, but also their friendships go up in smoke.
