Gazillion Movies Review :
Dr. Ben Carroway (Andrew McCarthy) is a top-psychologist at the FBI who has examined the behavior of criminals. But an audacious attack on several government officials puts him behind the eight ball. It is the time of a new type of killer... fearless, relentlessly and resolutely or to die himself. When a gang member is caught, the FBI doesn’t succeed in finding out the identity of the prisoner. The withdrawn behavior with almost animal instincts reminds Ben of the colleges of professor Greely (Nick Mancuso) who was dismissed after he experimented with children.
