Gazillion Movies Review :
Nico (Steven Seagal) learned martial arts in Japan, fought in Vietnam for the CIA and now he is an agent at the vice squad of Chicago. A junkie is telling him about a drug deal, but when investigating more closely it seems to be about a cargo of C4-explosives. Moreover, the CIA is involved in the deal. Nico gets orders not to get involved with the assignment, but he continues his investigation. While he puts his and his family's life on the line, he discovers that the CIA tries to hide its connections with drug dealers, and don't shrink for murder to reach their goal.
