The French moviemaker Alain Brigand asked 11 directors from 11 different countries for their interpretation on the events of 11 September 2001. Movie Plot : The British spy Andy Osnard (Pierce Brosnan) is sent to Panama to cool down and to examine the president’s plans about the Panama Canal.
