Movie Plot : This worldwide award winning drama tells the heartbreaking life of Manuela (Cecilia Roth). When Manuela loses her 17-year-old son Esteban (Eloy Azorín) in a car accident she sets off to Barcelona to tell the sad news to his father. Esteban's father nowadays goes through live as a woman and never knew of the existence of his son. Manuela searches the red light district of Barcelona and meets a former girlfriend over there. Together they try to put their lives on track again and by all kinds of implications the life of Manuela even seems to get some meaning again...
