Movie Plot : Joe Hallenbeck (Willis) is a private detective who became bitterer. He is hired by Cory (Halle Berry), girlfriend of ex-football player Jimmy Dix (Damon Wayans), to protect her. Cory has information about the owner of Jimmy's ex club and wants to blackmail him to get Jimmy back. When Cory nevertheless is killed, Joe and Jimmy find out that there is much more going on than a simple extortion.
