Movie Plot : Film version of the, with a Pulitzer price rewarded play of Tony Kushner. It is 1985, Ronald Reagan is president and AIDS hits the gay communion. Prior Walton (Justin Kirk) tells his beloved Lou (Ben Shenkman), who is already his partner for 4 years, that he is sick. Lou leaves Prior. However, the more sick and lonelier Prior becomes, the more Lou is regretting his decision. During a night full of hallucinations, Prior gets a visit from an angel who invites him to become a prophet of death. Somewhere further down in Manhattan, Joe Pitt (Patrick Wilson), a lawyer who is a Mormon and a republican, is forced by the Right Roy Cohn (Al Pacino) to take a job at the ministry of justice. Pitt as well as Cohn have secrets they rather not like to yield up, Pitt because of shame and religious point of view, Cohn because of keeping his power.

Movie Plot : Lucy Honeychurch (Helena Bonham Carter) is a young woman from well-off nineteenth-century citizenry. Together with her chaperone, Miss Bartlett (Maggie Smith), she travels to Firenze in Italy. In the hotel appears that their room doesn’t have the view they had expected.
