Movie Plot : The movie takes place in the underworld of Manhattan where Jewish and black gangsters fights with each other over power. It deals about among other things a rabbi, a gang leader, a racehorse and a case of mistaken identity. Max, a man who dreams of a better life, hears the rumor that betting on the racehorse "Number Seven" will produce a certain victory and ditto payment. He takes along his son Henry to the track so he can make a smooth bet without his wife knowing it. When the racehorse "Number Seven" however stumbles short before the finish, Max suddenly owing a lot of money to the local underworld bosses. 25 years later Henry return to the heart of New York to take revenge on the competing crime bosses.

Movie Plot : The war in Bosnia-Herzegovina is almost over, but the American army stays present in the region with an aircraft carrier. The missions of the pilots limit however to monotone reconnaissance flights. Fighting pilot Chris Burnett (Owen Wilson) gets the task to patrol above the safe area with his co-pilot Stackhouse (Gabriel Macht). Burnett can persuade his colleague to depart from their course and make pictures of the strange troop movements on the ground. The two pilots are welcomed by anti-aircraft guns and their plane is hit. They use their ejection seat in time but it doesn’t take long before is on his own: Stackhouse, as it happens, is caught by hostile troops.
