Movie Plot : In the worst running hotel of England Ritchie Twat (Rick Mayall) and Eddie, or rather said Edward Elizabeth Ninglebubba (Adrian Edmondson) taking care of the daily (ab)normal course of events. Ritchie is the manager who doesn't do anything at all and Eddie is the one that doesn't have a function but does everything. Beside that there is also a cook and a missing (probably dead) helper.
