Movie Plot : In 1927, Don Lockwood (Gene Kelly) and Lina Lamont (Jean Hagen) are a famous romantic couple on the white screen. Don, with the help of his former partner Cosmo (Donald O'Connor), has worked hard to reach the top. When Don and Lina's last movie is converted to a musical, it appears that Don has the perfect voice for the songs. Lina however decides to dub her songs herself.
