Movie Plot : Deep under the ground, in the dark tunnels, live the bogeymen, a poor collection slimy, stinking creatures, which enjoys everything what is distasteful. They are crazy on everything what is clammy, rank and slimy and calls people of the upper world the drycleaners. Fungus lives with his woman Mildew, his 14 years old son Mucus and his 12 years old daughter Mold. They live permanently in fear for the drycleaners and it is thus the role of Fungus to go to the upper world each day to make people frightened.

Movie Plot : Young writer William Shakespeare (Joseph Fiennes) has problems with his last work "Romeo and Ethal". The young and rich Viola (Gwyneth Paltrow) is a big fan of Shakespeare, and dreams of it to become an actress. Women however are not permitted on the stage, thus she dresses up as a boy, and gets the role of Romeo. When she and William become amorous he at last has the inspiration to finish his play.
