Movie Plot : Havana: November 1958. Katey is moving to Cuba with her parents during the oppressive weeks before the revolution. Katey's circle of friends exists of the American jet set of the same age. However her eye fell on Javier, a charming waiter and a very talented Cuban dancer. She challenges Javier to enter the national dancing competition in a very fancy nightclub in Havana. Through the practice evenings Katey discovers the other side of Cuba. She changes the beautiful American hotels for smoky nightclubs where only local citizens seem to come. Over here Javier teaches her what is the real meaning of passionate dancing...
