Movie Plot : The owner of an IT-company wants to sell his company. He has a problem however: at the establishment of the company, he made up a fictitious boss, to be able to hide himself when unpleasant measures had to be taken. Possible buyers insist that they can negotiate with this "boss". Because the owner has no other choice then to keep up the façade, he calls in an unsuccessful actor to play this role.

Movie Plot : The city Sollerod is afflicted by a colorful group of newcomers. They emerge at all possible places and occur as intellectual disabled. By letting their 'inner idiot' do the talking, they want to create a better world. Within the group Stoffer turns out to be a leader keen on power. He challenges the others to carry out their sexual and psychological experimenting to the extreme. Now everyone faces the question if they are willing to break with their old life.
