Movie Plot : The bad Bison (Jôji Nakata) has made up a plan to brainwash all Street Fighters and so take over the world. He is resolute to catch the mysterious Ryu (Kôjiro Shimizu), but if he cannot find him, he puts his senses on Ken (Kenji Haga), the old friend of Ryu who has trained with him. Ryu must use all his powers to save Ken and to stop Bison.
