Movie Plot : Mike Enslin (John Cusack) is a not that successful writer of books about supernatural phenomena. As a preparation for his new book, he goes in search for the notorious room 1408 in a New York hotel. Determined to prove that the tales about the room are a myth, he registers as a guest, in spite of Mr. Olin’s (Samuel L. Jackson) warnings, the owner of the hotel.
