Movie Plot : Gene lives entirely isolated since he was dumped before the altar a year ago by his fiancée Liz. He keeps on dreaming about her and hopes to win her back. Then suddenly she stands in front of his door to ask if he wants to help moving Malcolm, her father, while she cooperates in Prague in a low-budget movie. Gene seizes this chance to win Liz back. Between him and Malcolm moreover a particular relation develops.

Movie Plot : In 1968, Canada chooses a new president, Pierre Elliot Trudeau (Colm Feore). A nice, funny, flamboyant man who had climbed the social ladder himself in a short time to reach the highest political position in the country. At that time Trudeau also married with his big love Margaret Sinclair (Polly Shannon) and nothing seemed to stand a brilliant career in the way. Unfortunately the years that follow were marked by all kinds of private and political problems, among which the large tensions of his wife with the presidency and the problems with an important secession movement in Quebec.

Movie Plot : Two opposites, the "open-minded" Fox Mulder (David Duchovny), and the skeptical Dana Scully (Gillian Anderson), already work some years at the FBI at the X-Files: unsolved cases with a supernatural tone. Because of the constant conflicts, which they have with their superiors, the X-Files recently has been closed, whereupon Mulder and Scully are put on a bomb alert.
