Movie Plot : 24 hours in Los Angeles. The Movie follows a number of people during a rainy day: 2 dying men who became estranged of a child, 2 quiz-kids of which one grown up to become a loser, whereas the other stands under great pressure to perform, a police who is desperately in search of love and still a few others.

Movie Plot : 1873. After 18 years a man who was a slave at the same plantation re-enters her life. She excuses in advance for her house, and after putting his first steps into the house he notices the house is hunted. Her oldest daughter died at young age and can throw with things when she is moody. Not long after his arrival her deceased daughter keeps herself quiet and her place in the house is taken by a foreigner which announces herself. Because of her interest in stories of the past she is a welcome in both the life of the mother and the still alive mother.

Movie Plot : Lawyer Andrew Becket gets to hear that he has been dismissed, shortly after his promotion. His employer gives as a reason that he has blown a case. Andy has a differently meaning: he thinks that they have discovered that he is homosexual and has AIDS, and that this is the reason for its dismissal. In a world full incomprehension and intolerance he fights for justice.

Movie Plot : In 1933, in Stuttgart the boys Henry Strauss and Konrad von Lohenburg are the closest friends. Henry is the son of a good doctor and Konrads family belongs to the German nobility. After Hitler takes the power in 1933, Henry and his family flee to the United States. In 1988, Henry returns to Germany and has some surprises for Konrad.

Movie Plot : In the build-up to the elections of 1972, Bob Woodward (Robert Redford), a journalist at the Washington Post, covers the story of a breaking in at the headquarters of the Democrats. To his surprise, a number of well known lawyers are busy with the case, and the findings of several of Republican names under the suspects strengthen his suspicions even more.

Movie Plot : Brett McBain (Frank Wolff) is organizing a welcome party for the woman he married last month in New Orleans. When he and his three children are shot down by desperados, Jill McBain (Claudia Cardinale) inherits the ground of her husband.
