Movie Plot : Kaneda (Mitsuo Iwata) is the leader of a Motor gang in Neo-Tokyo. Tetsuo (Nozomu Sasaki) is one of the gang members and always has been the Benjamin of the gang, under the protection of Kaneda. When Tetsuo is arrested, he is used as a guinea pig for a military experiment, as a result of which he gets unbelievable strengths. Tetsuo cannot keep his strengths under control and his fuses blow. Kaneda is the only one that still can stop him.
