Movie Plot : As future queen of Genovia, princess Mia (Anne Hathaway) has everything what a little girl could wish herself. Together with her girlfriend Lilli she has traveled to the fictitious country somewhere between Spain and Italy and has been withdrawn at her beautiful, wise granny Queen Clarisse (Julie Andrews). She wants to take an extensive time to know the country better and to get used to her princess existence. But she also has to behave as a real princess. A member of parliament, who actual wants her cousin on the throne, moreover comes with an old Genoviaanse law. In this law it stands that you only can ascend the throne if you are married...
