Movie Plot : Earl Montgomery has been rejected at the police academy, and Hank Rafferty is an agent. The two meet each other at a traffic incident, whereupon they have to cooperate as guard officials to stop a smuggling operation. In spite of fact that they are thwarted by the police force they trace the criminal plans of Nash and his gang.
