Movie Plot : Atsuko Chiba (Megumi Hayashibara) is a psychiatrist who uses sophisticated technology to penetrate the brains of her patients. She leads a double life as Paprika, a high-tech detective who uses the same technology to find out what the people she is looking for are thinking. When the technology however is stolen, Paprika must find it back quickly, since the complete city is in a state of psychological instability.
