Movie Plot : “Funny People” tells the story of comedian George Simmons (Adam Sandler). He is successful, women love him and men want to be like him. The other side is the fact that Simmons is a self-centered, arrogant bastard who cares about anybody. This all seems to change when he finds out he is out to die.

Movie Plot : Carla Moran (Barbara Hershey) one night is terribly beaten and violated by an invisibly power. Movie Plot : Ted Kramer (Dustin Hoffman) is a business man who finds his work more important than his family. His wife Joanna (Meryl Streep) cannot take it any longer and decides to leave him. Ted now has to do the household himself and to look after his son Billy (Justin Henry). When Ted learned to live with these responsibilities, Joanna wants her son back. Ted refuses to give up his son so this all leads to a court case for the guardianship of the child.
