Movie Plot : The intelligent and well trained Brantley Foster (Michael J. Fox) is a son of a farmer who takes off for New York to make a quick career. The applications unfortunately don’t go entirely the way he expected but fortunately he can start in the company of a far rich family member… in the mailing room. Because Brantley doesn’t feel like starting completely down the social ladder he already fast plays both a high manager and a mail man. It is a double role he hardly can keep up, especially when the wife of the boss tries to seduce him.

Movie Plot : On a business reception the married Dan Gallagher (Michael Douglas) meets the attractive Alex Forrest (Glenn Close). When they meet each other again later on during work, the attraction between them is that big that they end up in bed rapidly. Dan feels guilty with respect to his family about having this bit on the side and he tries to break with Alex and leave the situation behind. But Alex doesn’t want to accept this and start disturbing his family. This goes from bad to worse so it has to escalate.

Movie Plot : The Waterfront Crime Commission is busy with preventing a publication of the crime of a labor union. The laborers are set up against each other, which causes Terry Malloy (Marlon Brando) to be an eye witness on the murder of his friend Joey Doyle. Later on he meets the sister of his killed friend and starts feeling responsible for the murder. Malloy, who always picks up the money at the creditors for his corrupt boss Johnny Friendly (Lee J. Cobb), now even doubts about his boss. The sister of Doyle presents Malloy to Father Barry (Karl Malden)who forces him to pass on the necessary information to the court, what will ensure the perdition of the criminal labor union.
